What Makes for Helpful Feedback?

Look, we appreciate any message, but if you're reporting a bug or suggesting something, a bit more info really helps us out:

• Just clearly explain what's up – the problem, your idea, whatever it is.
• Bugs are tricky: If something broke, telling us what you did, what you thought would happen, and what *actually* happened is gold. Screenshots? Even better, if you can!
• Got an idea? Cool! Why do you think it'd be useful? Who else might need it? Context is great.
• Sometimes knowing your browser (Chrome? Firefox? Safari?) or your OS (Windows? Mac? Phone?) helps squash bugs, but no stress if you don't know it offhand.
